The Hanover Park Education Association (HPREA) represents 240 members, including teachers, secretaries, bus drivers, maintenance, and support staff in the Hanover Park Regional High School District.
The HPREA upholds the contracts the association negotiates with the board of education, and advocates for its members’ professional rights.
In addition, the HPREA supports many projects and activities that benefit our schools, students, and community.
Studies show that strong professional associations such as the HPREA effectively advocate for their students and communities. School districts with strong professional associations like the HPREA also have better educational outcomes for students.
We are proud of the work we do in East Hanover, Florham Park, and Whippany, and we are proud to be a strong partner in public education!
